Payment and Refund Policy

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY-

1.In accordance with our strict trading policy, 80% advance payment will have to be made on the day/completion of loading. 
2.Full Load: 80% payment must be made at the loading point through G-PAY, Online Bank Transfers
(NEFT/RTGS), or cash.
3. The remaining 20% payment is required after unloading but before the start of unloading.
4. Part Load: 100% payment is required at the loading point.
5. We accept payment by Cash, Direct Bank Transfers or Google pay.  
6. Credit Card Payments: We accept credit card payments with a surcharge of 2.5% for all cards (3.5% for
American Express).
7. Corporate Clients: Payment will be accepted upon presentation of our bill, provided an official purchase
order (PO) is issued by your company. 
8.A full refund will be provided if the job is canceled 72 hours before the start of the job.
9. 20% of the amount will be deducted if the job is canceled within 48 hours after the start of the job.
10.booking  athorised person payment refund by bank account with 7 days.
